Light weight breadboards are constructed using 3 mm thick ferromagnetic stainless steel sheet as top skin and 2 mm thick aluminium sheet as bottom skin. It has honeycomb core made of aluminium to reduce weight. These light weight breadboards exhibit high natural frequency and nominal broadband damping.
